The editorial office of the Vladimirskie Vedomosti newspaper hosted a live roundtable discussion on the topic "Covidal Limitations: Period of Losses or New Opportunities", which was broadcast in the social network VKontakte. Representatives of the Vladimir business took part in it: "Eva Glass Glass Plant" LLC (Gus-Khrustalny), "Garnets" LLC (Vladimir), "Gefesd" LLC (Sudogodsky district), as well as Pavel Shibilov, Director of the Center for Export Support of Vladimir region. The broadcast was watched by more than 4 thousand people.

The Director of the Export Support Center told not only about the assistance that the Center provides to entrepreneurs, but also about the services that have become the most demanded this year.

"With the arrival of the pandemic, the Export Center had to take into account the transformation of international economic relations and translate all technically possible services into online format. Thus, the most popular service was the service "Partner Search", which allows a professional operator to select a foreign buyer point by point. In this case, the search for teleconferences proved to be a great help to indicate the seriousness of the intentions of all parties to the export transaction. Another important direction is to bring companies to the trading electronic platforms: Alibaba.com, Europage.com, eBay.com, Allbiz.com, fordaq.com and others, - said Pavel Shibilov.

28 SMEs concluded 98 export contracts;
Total amount of contracts - USD 62.86 million (RUB 4,495.7 million);
Geography of supported exports in 2019 - 19 countries, in 2020 - 26 countries. Among them - Mexico, Chile, Israel, Canada, UK, USA.

The new practice of searching for partners abroad on the basis of the DC bot neurolinguistic network was described by its creator Konstantin Evseev, who is sure that they will always sell, another thing - how and where.

"I have created a program that communicates with those who need it, directly with the heads of enterprises. From January to May 2020, "Eva Glass" company with the help of DC bot concluded 14 new export contracts and significantly increased sales turnover. Now 32 regions are already working under this program, we are taking the enterprises for export, they wrote an article about us in RBC, we are accredited by the Russian Export Center. In general, I think in the next 2-3 years there will be a crisis of offices, they will not be needed, everyone will work from home. And in 10 years, people will be comparing platforms and programs they use in their work. The one who has a better program will rule the world", - Konstantin Evseev is sure.

Another participant of the round table - the company "Hefesd" - produces not only industrial metal furniture. Back in 2017, long before the pandemic, it began producing industrial air disinfection units. Needless to say, now they are in great demand.

"Since the demand for the units has grown significantly, we are planning to build another production building. It is due to this direction (this is a medical product) that we managed not only to stay afloat during the pandemic, but also to increase our revenue and turnover. As a result, if in 2019 their share in the total production volume was 30%, in 2020 - 70%, - said the General Director of Gefesd Artem Fomichev.

Participants of the round table answered numerous questions that came from viewers of the live broadcast.  
The editorial staff of "Vladimirskie Vedomosti" plans to continue such format of communication with enterprises. The topics of the round tables will be very different. And if they touch upon the promotion of goods and services abroad, the Export Support Center will certainly take part in them.
