DRAFT EXPORT CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS - NEW REZ SERVICE

The Russian Export Center offers exporters a new service - a draft export contract for the supply of goods. This is the text of the agreement with the foreign buyer, which the exporter adapts to the conditions of the specific foreign trade transaction.

The basis of the export transaction is the contract, which fixes the achieved agreements taking into account the norms of Russian and international law.

 - We are constantly developing our product line, trying to respond quickly to market needs and find optimal solutions for our clients. Now exporters form a request for standard products that meet the needs of a wide range of people, - said Mikhail Antipov, REC Export Project Support Director. 

The draft contract contains provisions typical for agreements that exporters enter into when making transactions. Taking advantage of it, a beginner exporter will get an idea of the form of the export contract, the content of its basic conditions and the obligations of the parties.

- The draft is prepared in such a way that the parties to the transaction can accept it as the basis of the agreement. If additional agreements are reached, necessary changes will be made to it. I believe that for our client, the draft export contract will be a useful tool in developing the provisions of the agreement that meet his interests," says Andrey Mezentsev, Director of Exporters Consulting at the Russian Export Center.
