THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REGISTERED WITH THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AN ORDER REGULATING THE ACTIVITIES OF EXPORT SUPPORT CENTERS

On March 30, 2021 the Ministry of Justice registered the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from February 18, 2021 № 77, which regulates the activities of Export Support Centers across the country.

The novelty of the Order is the provision of comprehensive services to small and medium-sized businesses. It is called a "boxed product". It is done so that the enterprise receives maximum help in all directions at once: consultations, training, exhibition events, translations of presentation materials, placement on international electronic trading platforms, and so on.

The order is called "On Approval of Requirements for Implementation of Measures for Creation and/or Development of Export Support Centers which are Implemented by the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation whose Budgets Receive Subsidies for State Support to Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Individuals Who Apply a Special Tax "Tax on Profit" in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation for Achieving the Goals, Performance and Results of Regional Projects which Ensure Achieving the Goals, Performance and Results of the Regional Projects.
