SOFT LOANS FOR EXPORTERS
22 September 2020
The Ministry of Communications of Russia supports Russian organizations implementing digital transformation projects and implementing IT solutions through the provision of preferential (subsidized) loans and factoring through authorized banks.
The recipients of subsidies are systemically important credit organizations and other legal entities that are entitled to carry out banking operations and provide loans that have been successfully selected and recognized by the authorized banks.
Authorized banks provide loans to Russian companies at a reduced rate of 1-5%. The maximum loan volume for a project is 5 billion rubles, for a program (complex of projects) - 10 billion rubles. Concessional lending borrowers provided until the end of 2024.
The list of authorized banks are supplemented as they pass these selections. Information on the authorized banks is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Communications of Russia on the results of subsidy agreements.
