REC RECEIVES OFFERS OF ENTREPRENEURS TO ENHANCE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE “ONE WINDOW” SYSTEM

Defining a further long-term plan for the development of the Single Window information system, REC launches a survey of existing and potential exporters. It will help determine the services that should become available to exporters in 2021, will be the most popular and relevant for placement on a single digital platform.
Within the framework of the national project “International Cooperation and Export”, the REC is creating an information system that ensures the implementation of the “single window” mechanism on the basis of the digital platform of the REC. This is done for the interaction of participants of foreign economic activity, subjects of international trade with state authorities, including with regulatory authorities in electronic form.
As part of the “start-up” package of “Single Window” services, exporters will already have access to customs declaration services, confirmation of a zero VAT rate, transport subsidies and government support for exhibition and fair activities, services for searching for counterparties abroad, and a number of statistical services by the end of 2020 and analytical services for beginner exporters and SMEs.
- The main advantage of the future platform is that it will allow you to reach existing and potential participants in foreign trade, providing them access to the services of all departments and RECs from one exporter’s “personal account”. This will reduce the bureaucratic burden and create a convenient tool available at any time. That is why the opinion of future users of this system is important for us, since this product should be convenient first of all for them, ”Veronika Nikishina, Director General of REC JSC, invited exporters to take part in the survey.
